Hawthorne Construction Group Florida is a joint venture between Hawthorne Design and Development, Inc (Ben Welsh, owner) and Plumb Partners, LLC (Paul Tolles, owner). HCG Florida was created to perform high-end home and condominium construction for select clients in the South Florida region. Ben Welsh and Paul Tolles have been friends and have partnered on projects since 1985 and their companies have completed over $500M in combined construction-related contracts in Florida, New York and Connecticut.
